Questions, answered
What file types can I send?
Excel workbooks (.xlsx, .xlsm and older .xls), CSV, TSV, or anything you can copy out of Numbers or Google Sheets. Upload files up to 12MB each — multi-tab workbooks are read tab by tab, so you don't have to split them first. Something unusual? Email it to tidysheet@mail.acoco.ai and we'll handle it by hand.
Can you combine several related sheets?
Yes — that's the batch plan. Send up to five related sheets (monthly exports, one file per client, a split invoice log) and we work out how they line up and return one tidy combined table plus per-sheet detail.
What exactly do I get back?
Cleaned files you can download, plus a summary report: headline numbers, the full list of problems we fixed, charts of what your data actually shows, and short plain-English insights. Every job is back inside 24 hours.
Do I need an account?
Not for the $49 and $149 one-off jobs — the free preview and the paid cleanup both work without signing up. The $99/month reporting plan does need a quick account so your plan follows you between devices.
What does the $99/month plan include?
Send sheets whenever you need them cleaned — every job is included, up to five related sheets at a time, each returned with its own charted summary report inside 24 hours. Cancel any time from your account page.
What if my numbers can't be worked out exactly?
We say so instead of guessing. If your sheet records a status but not an amount — an invoice marked “50% paid” with no payment figure — those rows go in their own “amount unknown” bucket, stay out of the exact totals, and anything built on them (cash collected, outstanding) is given as a clearly-labelled range with a footnote explaining the assumption.
Is my data kept private?
Your files are used to produce your cleanup and report, nothing else. We never sell data, and you can ask us to delete a job at any time by emailing tidysheet@mail.acoco.ai.
